What types of accommodations do you offer for cats?
We offer persional suite (room) for each cat or a family of cats coming under our care. There are different types of suites, which vary mainly in size but also whether your cat will have a group or private playtime and if there is a window available in the suite. You can see more details here.
What cleaning and sanitation protocols do you have in place?
We follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Our facility is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily, and we use pet-safe cleaning products to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. For more information please visit our page about Hygiene.
What safety measures do you have in place to ensure my cat’s well-being?
The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. During the day all cats rest and play under supervision of our trained cat-nannies, while at night all guests are comfortably accommodated in their private suites, which provides a secure environment day and night.
Should I bring my cat’s own food, or do you provide food during their stay?
We provide high-quality cat food for guests three times a day and it is already included in the price. You are of course welcome to bring your cat’s own food from home if you prefer. This will not have any effect on the price. Please let us know your preference when you book your cat’s stay.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs or medications?
We can accommodate special dietary needs for your cat as long as the appropriate food is provided for the entire duration of their stay in our hotel. We can administer medication during your cat’s stay, as long as it involves pills or eye and ear drops. Please note that we do not offer injections at this time. Please provide detailed instructions during booking and any necessary food and medication when you check in your cat.
Do you offer any additional services, such as grooming or playtime packages?
As a premium cat hotel we ensure to provide your cat will all the services necessary for them to enjoy their time with us. We also offer a variety of extra services to ensure your peace of mind, including daily WhatsApp updates and access to CCTV in your cat’s room for real-time viewing. Do you provide transportation services for dropping off or picking up my cat?
At this time, we do not offer transportation services for dropping off or picking up cats. However, we made sure our cat hotel is placed in close proximity to public transport, and there are also several parking places available in front of the hotel.
Can my cat with special needs or health conditions stay at Cat Vibes?
We welcome cats with special needs or health conditions as long as they do not require injections and are not currently ill. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, and we will do our best to accommodate your cat’s individual needs. Please contact us to discuss your cat’s specific conditions before booking their stay.
What happens in case of an emergency while my cat is staying at Cat Vibes?
In the event of an emergency, we have protocols in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. We keep contact with the closest veterinary clinic for immediate medical attention if needed. We will also notify you immediately and keep you informed of any developments. Can I place two cats in a Solo Suite?
Placing two cats in a Solo Suite is not possible. We believe it to be unsuitable for two cats due to its size. To accommodate two cats and ensure their comfort we recommend booking a Grand Suite or a Supreme Suite. Those suites are developed preciesly for two cats to have plenty of space to rest and play.
Can I book a Solo Suite and keep my cat inside without group play?
Solo Suites are designed as smaller spaces making them unsuitable for a cat to stay in for the entire duration of their visit. Time outside the suite is essential for your cat to run, explore, and enjoy a window view. Since private playtime is not included with Solo Suites, group play provides vital entertainment and stimulation. If you prefer your cat to avoid interaction with other feline guests, we highly recommend booking a Grand or Supreme Suite instead.
What is the difference between Solo and Solo Deluxe and between Grand and Grand Deluxe?
The only difference is that Deluxe option features a window, allowing your cat to enjoy a lot of natural light and a view of the outside.
Can I schedule a tour of your facility before booking?
Absolutely! We welcome you to schedule a tour of our facility to see our accommodations and meet our staff. Tours are available during our operating hours but should be arranged in advance. Please get in contact with us to arrange the tour.
What do I need to bring with me for the check-in?
Each cat needs to arrive to Cat Vibes with a vaccination book and a carrier. It is also possible to bring personal items from home to feel more convenient from day one. Additionally, if your cat requires special dietary food or medication, we also ask you to bring enough of those with you for the whole duration of your cat’s stay with us.
What vaccinations does my cat need to stay at Cat Vibes?
Required vaccinations include vaccinations against Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Calicivirus (FCV), and Feline Panleukopenia virus (FPLV) / Feline Parvovirus (FPV). Additionally, if you choose a Solo Suite, we recommend the Bordetella vaccination for extra protection but this is not mandatory. More information can be found on our Terms & Conditions page.
Can I bring my cat’s favorite toys or bedding from home?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring items from home that will make your cat feel comfortable and at ease during their stay. It can be anything from your cat’s favourite toy to your hoodie he/she likes to lay on. When booking bigger rooms, you can even bring your cat’s favourite little house or scratcher. We also ask to bring your cat’s carrier with you and leave it at the hotel. This way your cat gets one extra hiding spot and we can have a carrier available in case we urgently need to bring your cat to the vet.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with cancellations: More than 28 days before check-in: you will receive a full refund. Between 27 and 15 days before check-in: you will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less before check-in: no refund can be issued.
How often will I receive updates about my cat(s) during their stay?
If you choose to have daily WhatsApp updates as an extra service, then you will receive daily updates regarding your cat’s wellbeing together with a photo. This option is free of charge and you can add it to your booking during booking process.
Can I visit my cat during their stay at Cat Vibes?
Yes, we welcome visits from owners during their cat’s stay at Cat Vibes. However, we recommend scheduling visits in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your visit and that it does not disrupt other guests.
